RDM has a Vision for Division Street

What you see above isn’t a dream or a mirage – it’s a Vision! Vision, RDM Development’s new condominium project, is located just a stone’s throw west of Wicker Park’s Polish Triangle. Yo blogged about the then-nameless condos back in September, but we haven’t posted much else, so here’s what we’ve learned lately.

RDM broke ground on the 33-home project at 1624 W Division St on January 15. The concrete-and-glass building features 15 different floor plans with two to three bedrooms and two different sets of finishes. One, “The Urbanite,” is a modern package with concrete countertops and Jerusalem stone flooring; the other, “The Luxe,” offers marble countertops and floors. Both come with stainless-steel kitchen appliances, wood floors, recessed balconies and terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Residences range in size from 1,336 to 2,000 square feet and in price from the $440s to the $590s. To put this in perspective, the three remaining three-bedroom condos at Ranquist Development‘s project at 1711 W Division St are priced from the $590s to $720s, and the two-bedroom rehabs at 1735 – 1737 W Division are selling from the $280s to $350s, according to our handy New Homes Magazine Quick Guide.

No word on when RDM hopes to complete construction or when first deliveries will begin, but trust me when I say that you’ll know as soon as we do.
