They say the new year doesn’t really begin until you’ve seen your first brokerage merger (sure they do — look it up), which means that we can finally break out the bubbly.
Real Living Helios Realty and Real Living Infinity Realty this week merged into one company led by Infinity founder Tripti Kasal and Helios founders Andrew and Joe Magliochetti. The new company, which is keeping the Helios name, will operate out of the West Loop and Lincoln Park.
This all comes at a time when Koenig & Strey is navigating its own shift to the Real Living brand. Real Living and GMAC Real Estate merged late last year.
