Remember when One Museum Park West was 75% sold?

Five years ago we provided a visual update on One Museum Park, which was alleged to be 95% at a time when the structure was about halfway to topping out.

Construction had just begun on One Museum Park West, and a representative of the developer told us it was about 75% sold.

If you’ve been following the news, you know that Related Midwest recently acquired 238 unsold units at Museum Park West. That translates to nearly 80% of the units in the building. In the above video Curtis Bailey, Related’s President, talks about why he’s bullish on the Chicago market.
