Atwater, a 54-story luxury apartment tower at a steps-to-everything Streeterville location, is offering discounts on select apartments and fee credits for near-term move-ins.
Apply for a lease within 24 hours of your first visit to Atwater and you’ll receive a $450 administrative fee credit if you move in by February 15, 2016 or a $225 fee credit for moving in after February 15. You’ll also receive a $500 rent credit on select apartments.
Apartments are available for immediate occupancy and occupancy later in February and March. Available studios start at $1,749, 1-bedrooms at $2,172 and 2-bedroom, 2-baths at $3,525. A convertible is available at $1,924 and a 3-bedroom, 2-bath at $6,613.
