Rent-to-own arrives at 565 Quincy

Belgravia Group has announced a new rent-to-own program for the unsold condos and lofts at 565 Quincy. According to a notice that hit my inbox yesterday, a buyer can put down an initial $5,000 payment on a home, move in immediately, and then have approximately half of his or her rent payments credited toward a down payment. Buyers are required to complete their purchases within a year.

All I know about rental rates right now is that they start at $1,795 a month. I’ll post more details as I get them from Belgravia.
