I wasn’t apartment hunting yesterday while in the DePaul / Ranch Triangle area, but it was hard to miss the sign at 1830 N Sheffield. I visited the website, then called the number on the sign and spoke with Meredith, who advised me that the apartment is still available.
Meredith also alerted me to a 2-bedroom, 2-bath on the third floor of a 3-unit building at 2029 N Kenmore that will be available for October 1st occupancy. The unit is reported to have an extra-large master bedroom, a large back deck, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, basement storage and a garage parking space. The rent is $3,200 a month.
