I wasn’t apartment hunting yesterday while in the DePaul / Ranch Triangle area, but it was hard to miss the sign at 1830 N Sheffield. I visited the website, then called the number on the sign and spoke with Meredith, who advised me that the apartment is still available.

The unit is reported to have an extra-large master bedroom, a large back deck, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, basement storage and a garage parking space. The rent is $3,200 a month.
