In May of 2010 I shot the above sponsored video with Sergio & Banks’ Sam Banks at 2257 W Belmont Ave in Roscoe Village. The building had two duplex and six single-floor units, and we toured a model simplex.
The project was built by Ultimate Homes, the predecessor to Noah Properties, and sold quickly.
Unit 4E, one of the single-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath units similar to the one in the above video, closed in August of 2010 for $392,000 and just came back on the market as a resale at $398,000. There are no photos of the unit with the listing, but it’s going to be very similar to what you see in the above video.
