Stonemason Group received a Good Neighbor Award from the Chicago Association of Realtors earlier this year for its ongoing Renaissance on Kimbark project in the 6400 and 6500 blocks of South Kimbark Avenue in Woodlawn. According to @properties agent Hasani Steele, the first two of these eight-flats have sold out in the past year, with a third under construction and already half-sold, and a fourth almost ready to break ground.
I caught up with Hasani outside the second Renaissance eight-flat yesterday to get an update on this development. In this video, he talks about the basics of these units, such as their features and finishes and the sale prices for the homes in the second phase.
