Customize a condo at West Sherwin Place

This weekend I took a look at some rehabbed condos at Baird & Warner’s West Sherwin Place in Rogers Park.  A sign out front exclaims “60% Sold!” as sixty percent of the units have been sold in completed transactions. Conveniently for interested buyers, only one of the six floor plans is completely sold out. Every unit in the building at 1549 W Sherwin Ave is two-bed / two-bath. Some units are still under construction so buyers can customize the finishes.
