After a few months of inactivity, 565 Quincy’s blog is once again abuzz with news of the project by Belgravia Group. The first steel beams have been erected atop the existing seven-story loft conversion; at full buildout, expect 11 stories of high-rise homes above the lofts.

The development (565 W. Quincy St in the West Loop) is about 45 percent sold, according to a sales agent. Prices for the high-rise homes range from the $210s to the $420s, and the loft units start in the $260s and top out in the $450s.

We snagged these photos – in all their time-stamped glory – from the project’s Web site.
