Sales have passed the 80 percent mark at 740 Fulton, according to David Chase, president and CEO of The Thrush Companies, which is developing the 132-unit project in the West Loop.
Owners began moving into the condos in March, with remaining deliveries scheduled throughout the summer and early fall, Chase notes. The 175-foot building, designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects, has one- to three-bedroom condos with ceiling heights of 11 to 18 feet. Starting prices range from the $300s to the $800s.
