The homes, which have 1,400 to 1,600 square feet of living space, come equipped with hardwood floors, glass tile kitchens, and granite countertops. Master bathrooms have double vanity sinks and corner Jacuzzi tubs with separate showers, and master bedrooms feature private balconies. The development also offers gated parking.
