Sales update: Four three-bedrooms remaining at Wicker Park conversion

2150 W North Ave

Prime Properties Realty is advertising “huge price reductions” on the four remaining condos at 2150 W North Ave, including a $50,000 drop on one of the building’s largest three-bedrooms, according to sales associate Sophie Kos.

That unit, now listed in the $610s, has 2,100 square feet, vaulted ceilings, exposed brick and two and a half baths. Three other three-bedrooms are selling from the $390s to the $570s after price reductions. One parking space is included with the cost of each unit.

Wojtek Custom Developers converted the century-old Association House building in Wicker Park into 12 condominiums last year. It’s only a couple blocks from the bustling six corners at North, Milwaukee and Damen avenues, as well as the Damen Blue Line stop. It also neighbors the new-construction condos at 2130 W North St, which Kos is also marketing. Units there are selling from the $330s to $740s, according to Prime Properties’ listings.
