Saying thanks with coffee and donuts at E2 in Evanston

by Joe Zekas on 2/12/14

Temperatures were in the single digits this morning when Fifield Companies‘ Randy Fifield set out to thank the construction workers at the new 356-unit E2 Apartments in Evanston.

The hard-working crews from McHugh Construction gained a brief respite from the cold with coffee and donuts while Randy shared some of her background as an Evanston native who grew up in an apartment. She also invited the workers and their families to return and view the end result of their efforts.

And then it was back to the harsh conditions outside to keep the development on schedule to deliver finished apartments in the spring of 2015.

Note: Fifield’s K2 Apartments is one of YoChicago’s advertisers.
