It looks like the real-life Jefferson Tower, at 200 N Jefferson St in the Fulton River District, has an extra level on the parking base, but otherwise it’s a close match to its rendering. The building was designed by architects Loewenberg Associates, who also did the towers at Grand Plaza in River North. Only six of Jefferson’s 198 one-bedroom units (some with dens) remain, and prices range from the $230s to the $320s.
