Shark bites – price cuts in Lincoln Park, Lake View and Bucktown

Everyone knows there’s blood in the water today and buyers out looking to take advantage of it. Matt “The Knife” Garrison of Coldwell Banker’s Matt Garrison Group recently launched CondoShark to appeal to those buyers.
