What is the deal with the 1800 W Grace development? It seems like there is some sort of developer voodoo going on. The listing on the MLS aren’t clear. And I have no idea of how many units have sold. Very bizarre all the way around.

We don’t spend a lot of time covering The Lofts at 1800, so I’m not sure what the project’s status is, sales-wise. However, reader Kevin has been documenting his trials and tribulations with another Kopley Group project, Renaissance Lofts, over at NewHomeNotebook.net.
