Sheldon Good announces Wednesday open house for Motor Row Lofts

We learned yesterday afternoon that Sheldon Good & Company will hold an open house at Motor Row Lofts from 3 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, along with its regularly scheduled open house from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Both open houses come in advance of the auction of 20 units at the development, scheduled for noon at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, 2233 S Martin Luther King Dr.

One of the homes still for sale at Motor Row Lofts is the two-bedroom / two-bath home you see in the video above. Joe Zekas and developer Paul Zucker walked through the loft a few weekends ago and discussed the soundproofing efforts Zucker undertook while adapting the old auto dealerships at 2303 S Michigan Ave.
