The last scrap of footage I have left from last week’s visit to Aqua isn’t actually from Aqua at all. Leila Zammatta, Magellan Development Group’s vice president of sales, walked me across Lakeshore East’s park and gave me an early look inside one of the developer’s 25 new Parkhomes, which are still under construction but should be ready for occupancy starting next month. They range in price from $1.1 million to $2.5 million, Zammatta says.
