The views from an east-facing 23rd floor balcony at SoNo, 860 W Blackhawk, are some of the best to be had from any vantage point on the Near North Side of Chicago. If you know of a better one, please share a link to it.
In the above video, Kim Hamilton, one of the buyers at SoNo shows off the views from her unit. After looking at quite few properties before settling on SoNo, Hamilton concluded that she acquired “one of the most magnificent views” in the city. It’s hard to disagree with that assessment.
Only a few units remain unsold in the first tower at SoNo. The second tower is rising as a rental and will impact some of the first’s east-facing views.
