SoNo announces price cuts

SoNo, 860 W Blackhawk St, ChicagoThey’re jumping on the price slashing bandwagon over at SoNo, Smithfield Properties‘ 28-story high-rise at 860 W Blackhawk St on the Near North Side.

According to @propertiesDorothy Behrens, Smithfield announced a series of reductions late last month. Current price points include:

  • One-bedroom / one-bath units, which range from 905 to 1,195 square feet, are now priced from the $240s to $360s, down from the $270s and the $390s this winter.
  • Two-bedroom / two-bath units, which span from 1,416 to 1,436 square feet, are down in the low end from the $450s to the $410s. Some of the two-bedroom units are as high as the $480s. This winter the highest priced two-bedroom / two-bath was in the $590s.
  • 1,656 square-foot three-bedroom / two-bath units are priced from the $470s to $480s.
