Spectacular winter views from North Harbor Tower

by Joe Zekas on 1/31/14

The 55-story Fujikawa Johnson-designed North Harbor Tower is instantly recognizable by its triangular window bays. The bays are a feature that’s enjoyed by every apartment in the New East Side building.

Walk into a high-floor 3-bedroom and the bays work their magic, opening sweeping vistas that would have gone unseen with straight-line windows.

North Harbor Tower’s 3-bedrooms span nearly 1,800 square feet and they’re all corner units, expanding the view to 270 degrees. The views were impressive, even on an overcast day like yesterday.

Available 3-bedrooms rent from $3,675 to $4,215 before taking into account concessions available on select units. The full-amenity building also offers studio, convertible, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments starting at $1,380. Floor plans and near real-time availability info can be accessed online.

Check back early next week for a video tour of North Harbor Tower, the sponsor of our review of the building.
