We arrived at The Stars Motel yesterday hoping it would go down in a blaze of glory like the Sands or the Dunes, but apparently the old motel’s legacy isn’t quite as golden. The gradual teardown will take place over the next couple of weeks, and we’ll keep an eye on its progress and, of course, the construction of the Village Center Condominiums taking its place.
