Still and video views from Echelon at K Station

If you want a downtown view and outdoor space at Echelon at K Station, 353 N Desplaines St, you’ll have to rent one of the two-bedroom units on the tower’s eastern side. The 1,100 square-foot two-bedrooms are the only apartments with balconies, says Gail May, regional property manager for Lincoln Property Company. According to Jeremy’s recent leasing update, these homes range from $2,306 to $2,850 a month.

I shot the pictures above from balconies on the southeastern and northeastern corners. The video below was mainly a test of my camera’s ability to shoot HD video (a feature I rarely use), but it will give you a good idea of how things looked from both balconies, as well as from the park between Echelon and the unfinished Alta at K Station towers.
