“We’re down to our last seven units,” reported Greg Eldridge when I visited Superior 110, the River North high-rise that’s known locally as “the blue building.” Eldridge also reported that prices have just been reduced significantly to accelerate a sellout.
Unit 701, a half-floor 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath with a large outdoor terrace, is now priced at $1,099,000 after a six-figure reduction. The unit has significant upgrades since it was one of the first units purchased in the building – by a buyer who was unable to close. You can see the terrace and its city views in the above video.
