Talking to home buyers at Aqua at Lakeshore East

I spent several hours this afternoon at the Aqua Celebration Event – a party for the new homeowners to see the recently-completed Shore Club decks and amenities at Aqua.

Every one of the buyers I approached at random seemed thrilled with the purchase that most of them had made 3 years ago. A surprising number of them (to me, at least) already lived in Lakeshore East and were repeat buyers from Magellan Development.
