Chicago Real Estate Daily is reporting that the last 2 developer units at The Elysian Hotel & Private Residences, 11 E Walton, have been sold. This closes out the 51-unit project while other luxury high-rises continue to linger on the market.
The $2.98M and $3.2M sales correspond to $806 and $813 a square foot, respectively, for the 34th and 35th floor units in the 60-story building.
