Before we got onto the topic of North Side neighborhoods, Coldwell Banker agent Jenny Ames and I discussed the Gold Coast and Streeterville markets, from the pace of sales at some of downtown’s oldest high-rises to the level of interest in newer towers like The Elysian. (Why I edited the North Side video first is anybody’s guess — sorry!)
