We’ve just published the first draft of our Lincoln Park apartments at-a-glance list.
The list – a work in progress – contains links to over 100 Lincoln Park rental buildings, ranging from 3-flats to high-rises. Each item has a link to the building’s Web site, its pet policy, information about the types of units available, and links to Yelp reviews and videos, as available. We’re still gathering information about pet policies and parking, and working on a map of the building locations.
Most of the building Web pages contain detailed information about the building, and one or more pictures. Many include floor plans, and a number of the sites have up-to-date availability lists.
You can download a copy of the spreadsheet to filter or sort it, make notes, and keep track of your apartment search.

We’ve made a diligent effort to include every Lincoln Park apartment building that has a Web page in the list. If we have somehow missed your building, send an e-mail to yojoe at yochicago dot com with a link to the building’s Web page, and we’ll add it to our list. We reserve the right to exclude – and will exclude – buildings / managers that have received repeated and apparently substantiated negative reviews.
