Centrum Properties has started teasing The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection, part of the massive mixed-use development that brings one million square feet of retail and residential space, a 16-screen movie theatre and a three-acre park to a 14-acre site in the South Loop. The Lofts are located on the north side of Roosevelt Road between Clark Street and the river. A VIP list is available on the Web site, and Centrum has a few different virtual renderings of the park and shopping piazza on its site. The loft-style condos will have one or two bedrooms, and prices start in the $300s.
