The owner of the Six North Michigan‘s 19th-floor penthouse will have an observation room from which he or she can look out to Lake Michigan, much as @properties agent George Schultz imagines Aaron Montgomery Ward himself might have done upon the building’s completion in 1899. It’s where George and I started our tour of the building on Friday, before making our way down to the one-, two-, and three-bedroom models on the 10th floor or the new common areas spread throughout the tower.
