The plight of the second-homeless

The New York Times recently ran an article touting Chicago as “second-home city.”

We recently featured a video interview with a second-home owner at ParkView Condominiums.

In these tough economic times, we should all bear in mind that a substantial portion of our city remains second-homeless.
