Residents at Parc Huron have ready access to one of River North‘s scarcest amenities: quiet, uncrowded park space.
The 3-acre Montgomery Ward Park on the Chicago River is directly across the street from Parc Huron.
Ward Park is primarily a passive recreation space, but it does have an excellent children’s playground and it hosts a number of Night out in the Parks events. Peet’s Coffee and a 7-Eleven are at the south end of the park.
Parc Huron has a full suite of amenities, service-oriented on-site leasing and management staff and 24/7 door staff. The building is pet-friendly, and there’s a dog-friendly area adjacent to Ward Park.
Floor plans for Parc Huron’s one- to three-bedroom apartments are available online.
Parc Huron offices are open daily, from 9 until 6 on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9 to 7 on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 to 5 on Saturday and noon to 5 on Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary, but it’s a good idea to call ahead to check rents on available apartments.
