The scene at a West Loop broker’s open house

Broker’s open houses are one of the key ways in which real estate brokers learn about new offerings. The key ingredient to hosting a successful open house for real estate brokers is food — good food and lots of it. The property is a secondary attraction.

A few days ago I briefly stopped by a successful broker’s open at CA23, a condo development that’s nearing a sellout in Chicago’s West Loop. A limited number of 3-bedroom homes remain available, priced from the high $400s to the low $600s.

In this sponsored video you’ll meet a few of the brokers and get a look at the West Loop scene — and the food.
