1130 South Michigan recently completed a makeover and expansion of its amenities. The building currently has the most extensive amenities package in the South Loop.
1130’s facilities include a landscaped outdoor pool deck with cabanas, gas grills, a fire pit and outdoor movie theater. There’s a fully-equipped fitness room, a resident lounge, a wine cellar, a conference room and business center. The building also has furnished hospitality suites to accommodate overnight guests.
