Kreiter Development Group is building four three-story condo buildings along Kedzie Avenue in Irving Park. Plans for The Terrace, 3917 – 3935 N Kedzie Ave, call for 24 1,800-square-foot condos with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
And yes, they all have terraces, according to Linda Broznowski of AtProperties, which is marketing the project. Each building also has a common roof deck with distant views of the skyline, she said. Prices start at $389,900.
The kitchens feature maple or cherry cabinets, granite counters, breakfast islands and stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom includes a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower with body sprays.
Three of the buildings are in various stages of construction, and one building is completed, with first occupancy is slated for early June. When we last checked with Broznowksi several weeks ago, one unit had sold.
