This weekend I noticed that @properties had amended the sign outside of the Wabansia Row II townhomes in Bucktown, changing “4 homes left” to “3 homes left.” The project’s long road to completion has been well documented from our end, and as a neighbor I must say it’s refreshing to actually see people coming and going from these homes now.
The latest sale was probably 2330 W Wabansia Ave Unit B1, a 3,158 square-foot, three-bedroom / 4.5-bath home that closed in April for $707,500. (The original list price was $749,000.) Two of the three homes still for sale are Unit D1 is a 4,655 square-foot, four-bedroom / 4.5-bath priced at $949,000, and unit E1 is a 3,100 square-foot, three-bedroom / 4.5-bath priced at $699,900, both of which are active listings on the MLS. The third could be Unit G, a 3,976 square-foot, four-bedroom / 4.5-bath priced at $900,000, which is marked as under contract.
