Party time at Sheridan Park's Dover Court
Posted 6/29/2008 by Joe ZekasI was walking along Wilson Avenue in Sheridan Park when I spied what appeared to be a party. It turned out to be a "developer's close-out" event at Dover Court Condominiums, 4601 N. Dover.
Bella Properties Chicago's Rick Mendoza, who's heading up sales at the project, related that 70% of the units in the 64-unit project have sold since last September. The remaining 1- to 3-bedroom units are priced from the $180s to the $340s.

That's a sweet looking courtyard though and looks like a nice place to live. Makes me happy to see developments like this succeed in my neighborhood. So much better than new construction!
