Clifton Crossing

Six units remain for sale at Clifton Crossing, a 19-unit gut rehab in Lake View, says Dean Young, a sales agent with Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate, which is marketing the project.

Condos with one or two bedrooms are available. All of the three-bedrooms have sold, Young says. Prices for the remaining units range from the $190s to the $280s, and features include hardwood floors, granite counters and 42-inch maple cabinets.

As part of the rehab, the building, at 3011 N Clifton Ave, was fitted with new decks large enough for tables and chairs, Young says.

Granite, stainless, hardwood, 42-inch maple bla bla bla. Don't developers realize this isn't really a selling point anymore, as every single new project within the last 5 years has this stuff. And it doesn't even look good in most historic structures. We need a real estate bust just to get rid of "developers" like this.
