The folks handling public relations for 474 North Lake Shore Drive recently sent us this shot of a model studio unit. We're scheming to break in at night and have a slumber party - that big bed right next to the eating area seems like a good set-up for pillow fighting and ice cream eating. But seriously, what do Yo'all think: is this a viable layout for a studio?

Last we checked, 474 North Lake Shore Drive was more than 90 percent sold. Prices at the 45-story conversion, developed by 474 Lake Shore Associates, range from the $190s to the $650s.
