YoChicago's Ashland Adventure, Part 5: Spying six-flats from Waveland Avenue to Grace Street

The 3700 block of North Ashland Avenue, bounded by Waveland Avenue to the south and Grace Street to the north, was a good place to stop and look at new construction during our recent Ashland Avenue drive. It’s the site of a couple of O’Flaherty Builders six-flats that recently received honorable mentions at the Chicago Association of Realtors‘ Good Neighbor Awards. And new buildings are still going up — work was ongoing at at six-flat at 3747 N Ashland Ave as we passed, and a five-unit building across the street at 3748 N Ashland Ave still has all its homes for sale.

As we mention in the video, these homes are located within the boundaries of the coveted Blaine School District and are just four blocks from the school itself.
