A while back, we told you about 2105 West Concord, Stillpoint Development's loft condo project at 2105 W Concord Pl in Bucktown. Earlier in the week, we had a chance to take a look at the seven-unit conversion. Floor plans at 2105 West Concord range from two-bedroom two-bathroom units on the first floor to a two-bedroom 2.5-bathroom penthouse. Units vary from 1,200 to 2,600 square feet and prices start in the $420s. Along with the Baer Lofts, 2105 West Concord is one of the few industrial buildings available for conversion in Bucktown. But prices at the larger Baer Lofts project start in the $270s.
