5430 Sheridan nearing closeout

There are only five units left in 5430 Sheridan, Bluewater Companies' 48-unit mid-rise development in Edgewater. When Patrick posted a sales update at the end of January there were still 14 available units, but nine of those have since been sold, leaving just one three-bedroom and four two-bedroom condos.
Prices haven't changed much since these units were first listed, and unlike many new developments around town, the developer seems to have had little trouble moving these units.
The two-bedrooms start in the $340s for a 1,200 square-foot, two-bedroom / two-bath. A 1,300 square-foot, two-bedroom with den is listed in the $380s.
The last remaining three-bedroom unit is a 1,538 square-foot, three-bedroom / two-bath unit listed in the $420s. The floor plan for that unit is at right.

Man that project took a long time to come online… I remember seeing units on the market back when I was looking at condos in 2004-2005.

This is going to look drab and clunky one 5440 goes up. Though at least there won't be a vacant lot next door, but there will be construction noise, etc for a while.
