Developer Russland Capital Group is including a free parking space - valued at $37,500 - with new condos at its Michigan Avenue Tower II project, 1400 S Michigan Ave. The deal is being offered "for a limited time," though as we saw in yesterday's post about 1349 South Wabash, limited-time offers have a way of extending these days.

The 268-unit Michigan Avenue Tower II is more than 90 percent sold, according to Russland, and first occupancy is scheduled for a year from now - fall of 2008. Prices range from the $290s for one-bedrooms to the $630s for penthouses.
