Sedgwick Properties conceived Terrazio, a pair of condo mid-rises planned for 1935 S Wabash Ave, as a competitively priced project for the South Loop, where condo costs have crept north along with building heights. Terrazio units were priced from the $180s a couple of months ago in a neighborhood where it's tough to find new construction under $200,000.

Remaining Terrazio condos are now starting in the $190s, but the builder is offering a flat $25,000 discount off any unit for the next 15 buyers who sign contracts. Several Terrazio videos are available here for your viewing pleasure.
