Atproperties has started a VIP list in anticipation of the Feb. 10 opening of Sheridan Tower, located at 2930 N Sheridan Rd in Lake View. Kroupa Development is converting the existing 22-story apartment building into more than 250 one- and two-bedroom condos, and the building will also have a fitness center and rooftop deck. A sales center and several model units will be located on-site. One-bedroom units are priced from the $180s, and two-bedrooms from the $240s. We’ll let you know as more details become available.
