R+D659 almost ready for co-eds

There's still a bit of work to be done before Mesirow Financial Real Estate's R+D659 will look anything like this spring break-style rendering of a pool brimming over with half-dressed co-eds, but it does appear to be nearing completion.
When I posted a construction checkup about a month ago, the building was already topped off. Since then, it looks like most of the windows have been added, and an absurd banner that says, "Ratelicious!" now hangs from one of the south-facing walls.
First deliveries at R+D659, which is located at 659 W Randolph St, are expected to begin before the end of the year.
