Construction checkup: Cornelia Court

Lou recently brought back a few pics of Cornelia Court, under construction at 3001 W Cornelia Ave in Avondale.
As I reported in February, Anchor General has begun work on the project's fourth phase of townhouses: four three-bed / 3.5-bath homes with approximately 2,300 square feet spread out over three levels.
Prices on all of Cornelia Court's available units ranged from the $490s to $620s at last check. A few are ready for delivery, and the four under construction will be ready this fall.

This is a truly gorgeous development and I feel that if it weren't so far back from the Addison traffice it would have been sold out long ago. Of course, the distance from the city street is one of its pluses in terms of noise, etc. On the other hand, perhaps its awkward location with regard to public trans. may be a negative.
Maybe the developer should hire some kids to put on sandwich signs and distribute open-house handbills to all those folks shopping at the Tar-Jay, etc. next door?
