Construction hasn’t begun yet on Senco Properties’ EcoLogic Lofts, but there’s already plenty of excitement at the sales center in Bucktown. As Joe noted last week, John Robert Wiltgen Design set up a furnished model at the EcoLogic sales center last week, billing the 1,226 square-foot model as a “green museum,” and it will be featured on the cover of the June issue of New Homes.
Last night, I dropped by to tour the model as Property Consultants Realty hosted an open house, and Joe Dupor was kind enough to let me tag along as he gave a tour of the two-bedroom / two-bath model.
